Do You Want to Trash Your Dress?

According to Wikipedia, trash the dress "refers to photography that contrasts elegant clothing with an environment in which it is completely out of place. A model often wears a ball gown, prom dress or wedding dress, and may effectively ruin the dress in the process by getting it wet, dirty or in extreme circumstances tearing or destroying the garment."

A lot of brides can't bear the thought of trashing their immaculate and beautiful wedding gown that they have painstakingly selected and most of all, paid a small fortune for. Many brides preserve their wedding gown because of its sentimental value and for their next generations to see.

Nevertheless, there are many fearless and daring brides who go nontraditional by trashing their dress. Believe it or not, trash the dress photo sessions end up being more beautiful, fun and certainly more unique than wedding photos themselves. Perhaps, because the bride are uninhabited in ruining the dress in the process and at the same time, sky's the limit when it comes to your imagination (just get the right photographer to achieve this).

You might change your mind when you see these gorgeous trash the dress photos taken from the Trash the dress website.

And here is one sexy photo by Eric Langlois of Raw Photo Design:Aren't these pictures so gorgeous? If you are thinking about having this photo shoot but you are still not 100%, remember that you may ruin your dress but you will have precious memories, a lot of fun and most of all, hundreds of proof to look back on!

If you can't dare to trash your dress but still want a trash your dress photo session, an idea is you may want to keep your original dress and perhaps buy something cheaper that you can trash, or just get a white dress that will suffice.

So tell us, do you want to trash your dress?
